This course provides the skills and knowledge needed for a Fire Officer 2 to safely, effectively, and competently apply human resource policies and procedures, create a professional development plan, evaluate and maximize employee performance, recommend action for employee support,
coordinate routine tasks and responsibilities, direct employees during a training evolution, understand the value of physical and medical fitness, implement safety measures and regulations, and conduct an accident investigation.
